This somewhat monochromatic image captures Skagsanden Beach backed by the shapely bulk of Hustinden mountain. The beach is known for its interesting sand patterns, but it was this frozen waveform that captured my eye on this occasion. To make the image I got down low enough to almost touch the frozen wave and used its wonderful curving shape to lead the viewer on a journey along the beach and towards the mountain.
